For joining details, payment questions, or help with an existing order, email us from the address you used at checkout and include your order reference.

To request cancellation, email contact@therocketiq.com with your order reference and clearly state that you want to cancel.
Your request must reach our inbox within 12 hours of confirmed successful payment to qualify for a full refund. Requests received after that window do not qualify for a voluntary cancellation refund.
Eligibility is based on when your email reaches our inbox, not when we read it. Payment failures, duplicate charges, and programme delivery issues are reviewed separately.
Eligible refunds are initiated within 3 business days of receiving your request. Bank processing takes additional time, as explained in the policy.
