1. Who we are and what we provide
RocketiQ is an education and research brand. We offer aerospace and space-science learning opportunities, including research fellowships, workshops, masterclasses and research projects. The programme page describes the format, eligibility, schedule and what is included.
These terms apply to therocketiq.com and RocketiQ programmes offered through it, including free fellowships. Specific programme requirements shown before application or enrollment also apply. The privacy policy, cancellation and refund policy and shipping and delivery policy explain the related arrangements.
2. Eligibility and enrollment information
Check the eligibility and time commitment for your chosen programme. Provide accurate contact and enrollment details, and use an email address you can access. Tell us promptly if your details change.
If you are under 18, involve a parent or legal guardian before enrolling, submitting personal information or making a payment. They should review these terms and agree to your participation. Contact us if you need help arranging this.
For a free programme with competitive selection, submitting an application does not confirm a place. Applications are reviewed against the criteria on the programme page. Selected applicants receive confirmation and joining details by email on the announced notification date.
For a programme open to paid enrollment, successful confirmed payment confirms your enrollment. Joining details are sent separately by our team. An incomplete, failed or unconfirmed payment does not confirm a place.
3. Prices and payments
Paid programmes use one-time payments in Indian rupees (INR). The amount shown at checkout includes applicable taxes. Review the programme and total before paying. We do not set up recurring charges through this checkout.
Payments are processed through Razorpay when live checkout is available. Available payment methods are shown in its payment window. RocketiQ does not ask you to email card details, UPI PINs, passwords or one-time authentication codes.
Open-source research opportunities identified as free remain free. A programme with enrollment closed cannot be purchased. Test Mode amounts are simulation amounts and do not establish a programme's final fee.
4. Online delivery and participation
Teaching and programme materials are delivered online through the tools described for the programme, outside this website. For paid programmes, joining instructions are emailed manually at least 24 hours before the programme starts. For a free programme with selection, they are sent with the selection email on the announced notification date. See our delivery policy.
You are responsible for the internet connection, device and any stated software prerequisites needed to participate. Keep private joining links and order links secure, participate respectfully, and do not disrupt sessions or misuse other participants' information.
Educational participation does not guarantee employment, admission, academic credit, publication or a particular research outcome. Any certificate or other deliverable is subject to the requirements stated for that programme.
5. Cancellation, refunds and delivery problems
To request voluntary cancellation and a full refund, email contact@therocketiq.com from the address used at checkout within 12 hours of confirmed successful payment. Include your order reference. The time your email reaches our inbox determines eligibility.
Requests received after that window do not qualify for a voluntary cancellation refund. Eligible refunds are initiated within 3 business days of the request and returned to the original payment method. Bank credit takes additional time. Read the full cancellation and refund policy for the process and exceptions for payment or delivery problems.
6. Intellectual property
RocketiQ's website content, branding and programme materials are owned by RocketiQ or their respective creators or licensors. You may use materials made available to you for your own learning. Access to a programme does not transfer ownership of its materials to you.
Unless permitted by applicable law, a licence supplied with the material, or the relevant owner's permission, do not redistribute, resell or publish restricted materials, or record and share sessions. Do not use RocketiQ's name or logo to imply sponsorship or endorsement without permission.
Open-source code and other publicly licensed or third-party resources remain subject to their own licences. This section does not remove permissions granted by those licences or uses permitted by law.
You retain any rights you hold in work you create or submit. Joining a programme does not by itself transfer your research, code or paper to RocketiQ. Arrangements for ownership and publication permissions for collaborative work must be agreed separately with the relevant rights holders. Authorship should reflect actual contributions and the publication's requirements. Respect others' rights, acknowledge sources and follow academic-integrity requirements.
7. External services and test records
Payment services, linked application forms, meeting tools, Spotify and YouTube operate under their own terms. Their availability and features may change.
Pages and records marked Test Mode are simulations. They do not charge real money, confirm a real enrollment, grant programme access or result in a real refund. Public enrollment and live payments remain separate from administrator testing.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, RocketiQ is not liable for losses that are remote or indirect and are not a reasonably foreseeable result of our breach of these terms. This includes speculative loss of profits, income or career opportunities where those losses are remote or indirect.
We do not exclude or limit liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
This section does not reduce refunds promised under our cancellation and refund policy or rights and remedies available under applicable law for services not delivered, deficient services or payment errors.
9. Governing law and dispute resolution
These terms and disputes arising from use of this website or purchase of a RocketiQ programme are governed by the laws of India. Mandatory protections that apply to you under applicable law continue to apply.
Subject to applicable law, courts of competent jurisdiction in Vadodara, Gujarat, India have non-exclusive jurisdiction over such disputes. This does not prevent you from approaching a consumer commission or another competent court or authority where you have a right to do so under applicable law.
You can email contact@therocketiq.com so we can try to resolve a concern. Contacting us is not a condition for exercising your legal rights and does not extend or shorten statutory time limits for bringing a claim.
10. Changes, support and your rights
We may update these terms for future use and show the revised date here. Changes do not retrospectively remove the purchase terms or refund rights that applied to a confirmed order.
Contact us about errors, complaints or access problems so we can investigate. Nothing in these terms removes rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
